On April 15, 2024, Tionn Fambro Carter was sworn in as and Associate Judge and became the first black female judge in the 14th Judicial Circuit. Her professionalism and reputation brought out so many supporters that a second viewing room had to be opened! Judge Fambro Carter started work on the bench right away that morning.

Now, a year later, Judge Fambro Carter is ready to continue her work as a fair and
